What exactly is Phase Two?

Phase Two is a flexible workspace located in Culver City area.  We offer private team offices and collaborative coworking space for talented entrepreneurs, businesses, and individuals.

How do I become a Phase Two Member?

You can sign up by filling out our application HERE.  After submission, the Phase Two team will reach out  to confirm a tour date or organize a meeting.

What is flexible about 'Flex Space'?

Flex Space is a relatively new concept within the real estate industry. We offer flexible terms and services to accommodate any of your real estate or business’s space needs.

How is your community curated?

While anyone can apply to become a member at Phase Two, we strongly encourage an in-person tour in order to get to know our future members. While we do not have a formal standard for membership, we still take a hands-on approach in selecting good fits.

Why do we curate our community?

We set out to make Phase Two a space for talented and inspiring entrepreneurs and teams. Because of this, we evaluate the “fit” of a potential member based on interest and support of the Phase Two ethos.  We find this preserves the sense of community and culture in the space.

How do I sign up for a Tour?

You can sign up for a tour HERE. Please expect a follow-up email confirming your tour date.  You have the opportunity to stay for a free trial day after the tour if you so choose, or on a separate day.  The free trial is at the discretion of Phase Two and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Managing Your Account

How do I manage my account?

After signing up and completing the membership enrollment process, you will have access to our member portal from which you can manage many aspects of your membership. If you have any questions, please consult your welcome packet or talk with a Phase Two team member.

How do I cancel my account?

Termination of the membership agreement is based on the initial terms at signup.  Please consult your membership agreement for full details, or speak with a Phase Two team member.


Phase Two is located in a central transportation corridor. It is only a five-minute drive from the I-10 Washington/Culver City exit and five-minute walk to the La Cienega/Jefferson metro stop (Expo Line).
